Philip has always enjoyed debating and arguing and found a place within the law to develop those skills.
Philip graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1997 and from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993. In spite of this, he is an avid Texas Longhorn fan and enjoys supporting the burnt orange. He enjoys spending time with his family and is proud of his children and their growth as adults.
