Uncontested Divorce Pricing
We have been contacted many times from clients who attempted to prepare their own documents only to be told by the judge to correct the problems and come back when you have corrected the problems. Unfortunately, judges are not permitted to provide legal advice and cannot tell you what mistakes are made. We can help you get it right the first time.
If you and your spouse have agreed to all aspects of your divorce and/or custody then we offer a flat fee at a reduced price of $1,350.
You will receive:
- One hour consultation
- Preparation of the Original Petition for Divorce OR Original SAPCR
- Preparation of the Final Decree for Divorce OR Final Custody Order
We will prepare the documents, so you have confidence that they are correct. You will represent yourself; however, we will walk you through filing as well as the requirements for the final hearing.
